I represent both Great Britain and the TFN Ceepo Race Team as a traithlete.
I started racing in 2001 and have achieved some great goals, the pinnacle being crowned World Champion 2009 in the 25-30 group then following up next year with the silver medal. I was also awarded the British Age Group Triathlete of the year 2009 and the 220 (Triathlon Magazine) Athlete of the Year 2010. This award I hold particularly close to my heart as it was voted for by my peers.
For the coming year I hope to build on these successes and hope I can help you achieve your own personal goals – who knows maybe I'll see you at a race soon.
